Pressure

I'm a little over 14 weeks with twins and starting this morning I have rectal pressure. I've been constipated so I assumed that's what it was but from what I've read constipation doesn't cause pressure? I have no idea. I also have some back pain. I will reach out to my doctor I was just curious if anyone else experienced something similar and what it was.
