7 year old coloring her hair purple.

Ok ladies. So I am a cosmetologist. My last client for tonight was a little girl that is 7 years old and her parents are all about letting her express herself. She wanted a short pixie cut and to color it all BRIGHT purple. Legally we are not allowed to color kid's hair unless we have a parents consent, and her parents let her do anything she wants so of course they're ok with this. Would you be? I would have a hard time letting her do something as perminent as hair color at such a young age. 
1: it's damaging. 
2: what if she hates it in 2 days. 
3: I feel like if a 7 year old wants to express herself, let's do it thru clothing and room decorations. Not thru hair color. What are your thoughts?
EDIT: I see a lot of people saying how I have no say on how they parent and if the parents consent that I have to do her hair. I know all this and I did do her hair. It turned out cute. I was just wondering what other parents thought about bleaching and coloring hair at (what I think is) such a young age. I wasn't bashing anyone who is ok with it and I did my job correctly. I just thought it was crazy and wanted to see others opinions.
