Is there any chance I'm not miscarrying?

So, I have been cramping/bleeding for 7 days. This began 2 days after the end of what seemed like a normal period (the first one I've had since I had my baby almost a year ago!). I found out yesterday I am pregnant, and when to see an NP today who did blood work and said it could be implantation bleeding (she didn't do an internal exam or sonogram). The bleeding is light and I haven't passed any clots. For 1-2 days the cramping was severe, but it's super light now. So, I'm looking for hope, but I don't want it to be false hope. Ladies, do you think there's a chance I'm not miscarrying the baby I just found out about??? TIA
