Sharp twinges. Anyone else have this?!
For the last few days sometimes when I stretch or get up from sitting suddenly, I get this sharp twinge in my lower abdomen on the right. It's a similar place to where I get cramping during ovulation. It almost feels like a tiny muscle spasm. Anyone else?
