When to start pumping?!

Ik it's a odd thing to ask lol but I'm due in November and my boobs have doubled in size. I feel like I should start pumping and freeze it my dr said I could freeze it when I was pregnant with my  son. What are your guys thoughts.

Noooo! Never pump before the baby comes. It could put you into labor. Milk comes when the baby comes for a reason

Every one is different. With that being said my doctor doesn't recommend pumping because it can jump start labor. However, other doctors will say it's okay. My doctor recommends warm compresses or warm shower. It helped with mine.

No that is not true- breastfeeding and pumping cause very mild contractions in your uterus but not enough to start labor. I've always been told never to pump before delivery because any kind of nipple stimulation can cause labor so it was my understanding not to pump before the birth of baby but maybe that's changed
