Weird strains/pains?!!

Question

If I bend over fast or hop up on my bed fast I get a pinching pulling pain in my abdomen. It only last for a second but now im wondering what the heck is it!?!

It could be the ligament attached to your uterus. Take things slow. Don't get up too fast, don't bend too far. I woke up one morning and reached far over to grab my phone and tore a ligament. It was EXCRUCIATINGLY painful. I ended up going to the hospital. Everything is okay but think of it like this. Your uterus is a ball of muscle that is growing. The ligament connecting it to your groin does not grow with it. So compare its stretching to trying to fit a full size fitted sheet on a king size bed. Doesn't work that great lol.
