Just a dream??

So me and my SO have been ttc on and off (he was on deployment for a while) but this last time I was ovulating a couple days later I had a dream that I had a positive pregnancy test? Has that happened to anyone? Also does anyone know that if you have sex multiple times a day if that helps greater your chances of getting pregnant?

Having sex every other day is better. It gives the sperm time to build up. You can do it once a day but multiple times a day will not increase your chances.
