Advice PLEASE!

So I work in a big hospital in the health information department. My hospital is implementing a new electronic Heath records system and a BIG career opportunity approached today but the bad thing is, I would have to commit 2 years of hard work-that's not the problem though. It requires me to travel all across the us to train other employees at other hospital sites. I have a 5 year old and an 8 month old so the thought of leaving them for weeks at a time makes me sick but I know an opportunity like this is once in a lifetime!! Any friendly advice would be   Amazing right now!! Thanks! I love my family and I only want what's best for them and I know this would be a great thing for my family other than the fact that their mother wouldn't be around much for TWO WHOLE YEARS 😭
