Constapation after c-section HELP!
Anyone want to tell me any recommendations on how to have a bowel movement. I just gave birth to my twins on 7/27. The hospital didn't have me try to pass one when I was there. I haven't been faithfully taking my stool softeners (but I'm starting to now). I just really want to poop lol.. please help
