Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally with stage 4 endo?

I've had three surgeries since my 18th birthday. One I lost my left ovary... Another my appendix. I'm trying to stay hopeful since we can't afford IVF till 2017. I'm 33 years old.

stage 3 endo ttc naturally after 7 yrs. not only do i have endo i have adenomyosis. i also had my apendicitis when i was 5 mths preg. 
im now 38 and ttc for 2 yrs trying as natural as possible. assistance with iui's and clomid and fermara but nothing yet. 
im thinking of calling it quits and just being greatful for what miracle did come my way.

My best friend has stage 4 endo, 1 ovary, and her organs on one side of her body. She has 2 boys. First took 6 months second was 8 (she was breastfeeding)

My mother was diagnosed with endo when she was really young. They told her she would never be able to get pregnant. She ended up getting pregnant 4 times. One sadly ended in a mc but she had 3 successful pregnancies. One at 30, the second at 32 and the fourth at 37. I know it doesn't always work out but I wish you ladies the best of luck and lots of baby dust, don't give up hope.

Megan. This has nothing to do with your actual post but have you ever tried "Preseed"? After several months of trying we finally broke down & bouht this stuff & it got us pregnant the first try. We miscarried a couple months later but after my first normal cycle we tried again with Preseed & got pregnant again on the first try! Good luck.
