Well to begin he is my father. He raised me and I see him as such. I have two kids 4 and 11 months. He just LOVES my 4 year old to death. That's his little shadow when we go visit. I recently got married to the father of my 11 month old about a few weeks ago. We were engaged for two years and my dying grandfather told both of us "if we love each other than just got to Vegas and do it" so we did. Fast forwarding to now. I have been going to the hospital everyday since he got sick.  It came all of a sudden. He has leukemia and is going through chemotherapy but now has an infection that will possibly kill him. His daughters "my aunts" came into town. They live in different states. Since they don't like my husband because he stands up for me and calls them out on their bull shit. I forgot to mention they  treat me like I am a child and try to lecture me like one. Today I get a text from my aunt " my moms second sister" and she tells me that my grandfather doesn't want me or my kids to see him. She put me on the list to where I would get kicked out of I were to attempt to see him. I know I am young at 22 but that is not a child's age and I don't act like one either. I have two kids, married and am a registered respiratory therapist. So very successful. They hate the fact that I am finally standing up to them for treating me like a child all the time and telling me what to do. Then they hit me at the lowest. They are taking the one man I love so much away from me and I can't do anything since I'm only his granddaughter but he's been my dad. I will pry and try to call him everyday but like I said I can't see him. To me the only reason they are doing this is because me and my grandfather have a special relationship that they don't have with him. I have always visited him when he was healthy and they were nowhere to be found. Please help me understand their reason or help me if you know anyway I can get around the no visit issue. P.s. I told him I was going to spend the night with him the next day and he was very happy and said I'll see you tomorrow night and kissed me. I need to see my grandfather and what they are doing is just so evil and conniving. Please give me input!
