I've had many close relatives and friends tell me that I need to be on birth control because of how bad my periods get. My cramps are so terrible, that I've gotten very close to passing out three times! I've also had them recommend different types of birth control, and I'm not sure which to go with. Any advice? (I am 13 and will be 14 in November.)
