Does anyone else experience the extreme frustration that comes with irregular cycles? I'm 20, and up until November of last year my cycles have been pretty regular, now they're all over the place. Earlier this year I spent 3 months with no period, then had 2 in one month. Now I'm 10 days late and I'm so frustrated. The constant fear of being pregnant(even though my boyfriend and I only have oral sex because I'm so scared to get pregnant.) is so overwhelming. 😩
