My weight is ruining my self-esteem

Okay, so I stepped on the scale for the first time in a month and had a breakdown because of it. I really hate my body. I'm now 200 pounds and that is devastating to me. I want to lose the weight, but can't. Anyone have any ideas?

Start with portioning your meal, it will make you feel so much better... Especially if you find it hard to diet if you cut down how much is actually on your plate it will start to slowly shrink your tummy!!

That's just it, though. I've off Macaroni and hot dogs. I eat about one cup per serving. I have this hormone imbalance that makes the fluctuation awful.

the number you see doesn't mean anything beautiful you gotta love your body and if you don't you gotta learn to love it one day. but if you want to lose some weight just eat healthy food drink plenty of water and exercise a few days a Week but your beautiful no matter what girl xx
