I'm 40wk6d and have been having menstrual like cramping for two hours now. I just went pee and when I wiped the TP was blood tinged. Not sure if this was my bloody show? Waiting for contractions to get a little stronger before I call doctor. Right now they are dull cramps in lower abdomen 5-7 min apart.
