TTC after Nexplanon

I was on Nexplanon for 2 years. I removed it in January of 2016. My period came back in February 2016 and I have yet to conceive as of August 2016. I have a 3 yr old daughter. It's so frustrating waiting month after month with no results. How long did you have to wait to conceive? Hoping for some encouraging news.
