Go to GNC and buy 500mg Evening Primrose tablets. Take 1 a day in the mornings. Works like a charm to balance out your hormones and prevent breakouts altogether. 
I used it in my teen years and I hardly ever broke out. 
I still take it because it works well to minimize PMS symptoms as well, but you get my point.
Take one 500 mg a day and wash your face with that scrub once a day and you should be good. You'll hardly get any pimples at all as long as you're keeping your face clean.

Benzoil peroxide! Been using it for years and it's the ONLY thing that has ever worked for my skin. It's about 6$ at any drugstore
