My daughter is 1 years old and my mom informed me of how she's been sticking fingers into her vagina and humping herself in between diaper changes. I'm a college student and I work nights so she's mainly with her babysitter who happens to be a retired nurse and my mom picks her up from the babysitter every night around 9 p.m. My husband works all the time so he never really gets to spend time with her except for the weekends and during that time we're all together with my stepkids as well (b/c we both don't work weekends) and they are always within our eyesight. My husband and I never have sex in front of the kids. We wait until they are all sleep or napping. I've noticed how my daughter reaches for her vagina when I'm changing her diapers but I always pop her hands so its kind of disturbing knowing that if given the chance she would finger herself (like my mom has caught her doing). I told my husband and he thinks its only b/c she's starting to be aware of her body parts now..but idk.. I honestly don't know where she's getting it from or if she learned it from anywhere at all. Like I said she spends most of her time with the babysitter so I know she's not learning it at our house and definitely not my mom. Is this normal for 1 yr olds or should I be cautious of the babysitter?? Its really freaking me out!!!
