I'm a little worried to continue jogging. I started jogging 5k around 2-3 times a week, ir was doing wonders for keeping me healthy and helping me lose weight. However, since discovering I'm pregnant, and with having miscarried last year, I'm terrified to carry on with my jogging. :( Didn't realise how scared I was until I started refraining from eating anything remotely unhealthy, doing any form of exercise in case I pushed myself too much, or even being "close" to my husband. It's awful. :( anyone else felt this way?
