Those are two completely different pronunciations. Kalette is K-ugh-lette and Kolette is K-oh-lette.

Kolette is usually spelled Colette and is French.

These are two different names to me. KAH-lette and CO-lette...I guess the spelling depends on how you want it pronounces.
