Yeah totally normal, sometimes my boyfriend will put his hand on my abdomen to feel himself inside of me during sex and he loves it. I guess it's like an image thing or something lol

Totally normal! During pelvic exams, doctors will put fingers inside of you and push down on your stomach to feel your uterus. I would imagine something larger like a penis would be felt in your stomach too!
