Post baby weight loss
I had my second baby on the 22nd of June. Before my first I was 177 and 18 years old. I went up to 210 with her. I was 183 when I got pregnant with my son at 20. Now I am 186 to 188 and 21. I am wanting to get down to 165 which is what I was before I graduated high school... I have a ton of my old clothes that don't fit and we can't afford to buy new clothes. My arms need slimmed and toned my hips need help getting back to size and my belly has always needed work. I need tips, recipes, exercises maybe even an accountability buddy because I am bad about not sticking to routines. Anything to help me get down to my size again. I do have asthma. I live on a ranch so I don't have a gym or friends around.
