Digital or lines??

I bought digital tests thinking a simple yes or no would do but now I'm 3 days late and my moods are going nuts and my nipples them self are sore to touch and swollen even my husbands noticed I've had lower back pains off and on and slight bloating which he's noticed grrr but about a week ago two days before AF was due I woke up to some seriously sharp pains for sure she was coming went back to sleep woke up thinking I dreamed that happened but I know I was awake because I logged it in glow lol but nothing like that night or even a cramp since but two mornings of no AF and no bfp so today I bought lined test first response curve ones trying tomorrow morning with hopes of even a faint line!!!! Baby dust to all ladies
