I don't know what to do .

So I got a letter in the mail for jury duty and I am stressed out because the court house is an hour away and I don't have anyway to get there cause my SO works and we only have one car , also I have serve anxiety so I'm always having panic attacks my doctor has recently referred me to a physiatrist and mental health clinic and I was put on some meds. Is there any way I can get out of the jury duty? I stay California.
