Getting baby up from nap before they're ready?

Question

For the moms with video monitors- if you can see your baby wiggling around during a nap but they aren't making any noise do you wait it out until they cry or get them up?

I wait until he starts crying then get a bottle ready lol

If he hasn't slept that long I'll go in an pat his back until he stops moving. And he'll sleep for another hour.

Wait til she cries, then give her the pacifier and she usually goes back to sleep. Sometimes she'll wake up and stare at the monitor and look around without making any noise, then I go in there and she gets all excited.

I wait till I can see my daughters eyes. Sometimes if she wiggles she just goes back to sleep.

My baby moves around but I'll watch him to see what he's doing. Sometimes he'll go back to sleep on his own. Sometimes he'll roll over and start babbling. That's usually when I go to pick him up

I'm usually in the same room. I give her a chance to calm herself, listen to how she whimpers, and then if she gets more upset I pick her up or cuddle her.

Typically if I go in and put my hand on the baby answer to snuggle with him for a minute he will quiet back down and continue to sleep. Otherwise I wait for him to open his eyes and start moving around. Unless he's really hungry he doesn't cry when he first wakes up.

I wait until he calls for me or cries. Sometimes if I can tell he is looking for his pacifier I'll go in and give it back to him and he goes right back to sleep
