Will heavy lifting cause miscarriage??

I actually had a faint positive pregnancy test just this morning (I'd only be 4 weeks) and later this afternoon I had to remove a very heavy plant from my car and I stained my back and legs. My back and leg still hurts and my uterus is sore too and I'm very worried I messed something up. Please, any feedback will help!
