Is there more mucus plug coming?

I'm 36+4, and today lost part (or all) of my mucus plug. I went to the restroom and noticed a 3/4" size ball of mucous. I'm wondering if that's it or if more pieces will keep coming.
My question is: should I expect to lose more?
