Anyone ever had ingrown hair cyst like this? It's hard but I'm 90% sure it's due to ingrown hairs. What should I do?

This is prob really bad advice but I had a very similar one, popped it, washed it, and it went away. Popping it can give you an infection though so be careful.

I have been diagnosed with cystic acne and I get them literally everywhere. They are super frustrating but do NOT touch or try to pop them! They will scar😩 At Walgreens they have this stuff called witch hazel and I take a cotton ball and put it directly on it and it really helps dry it up overnight! When you're cleaning it make sure you don't put any fragrances on it..dial soap is an antibacterial that helps keep it clean also! Hope this helps!!
