Has anyone ever had a heart ECG and can tell me what happens/ what they do?

I had it done twice. My mom was in the room for both times. It's not scary but I was annoyed because I had to take off my bra and my boobs were just there. 😂. It goes by fast!

They put six sticky pads on you and connect wires to them and you have to lay completely still and they record your heart rhythm and then look for any irregularities :) nothing scary.
