Hey ladies is there a way that I can unclog my ear without medication. Idk why this just happened to me today😭

I'm a nurse and at work we pop open a couple liquid gel stool softeners and put that liquid in ears. Leave it sit for a bit then irrigate with peroxide/warm water. You wouldn't believe what comes out some ears!

I work for an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor.. You can try and pop your ears by holding your nose and blowing but not too hard(don't want to rupture your eardrum). Or.. If you are not against using a nasal spray try using Flonase over the counter. Your Eustachian tubes are connected to the back of your nose and if you use a nasal spray it can help relieve fluid if that is what's clogging your ear or possibly just pressure. Hope this helps 😊
