15 weeks to go!
It seems like just yesterday I was announcing on here that we were finally pregnant. I would see posts of women 30+ weeks and think, omg it's going to be forever before I get to that. Well here I am at 25 weeks. I can't even wait for my sweet baby Jack to be in my arms! 💙
