Cloth safe diaper rash cream?

Any cloth diapering moms out there can you help me? I am in search of diaper creams that are safe to use with cloth diapers.

Angel Baby Bottom Balm was designed for use with cloth diapers. I would still use a liner though, just to be safe. I made about 20 liners by cutting rectangles out of a fleece remnant from Joann's. They cost a penny apiece and are reusable.

My sisters used cloth with all 5 of there kids and always switched to disposable when they had rashes.  They said the creams safe for the cloth didn't ever work on rash.  For their kids atleast.

I've tried a lot and my favorite one is the Burts Bee's Baby Bee's Mutipurpose Ointment.
