One boob suddenly won't produce milk?

FTM who Woke up this morning and my 8 day old suddenly can't nurse on both sides as she has been. One boob is hard and not producing milk. HELP?!

If the breast is hard, it's probably engorged. When it's hard like that, it can difficult for the baby to latch on and get the milk to come out. Try hand expressing to relieve some of the pressure and then try to feed the baby. If you're not sure how to hand express, there are some good videos on YouTube. Good luck!
