Feeling emotional about BFN...

So my sister in law had a beautiful baby boy this morning and I'm so happy for them but can't help but feel down as it reminds me of how much I really want to have that feeling. We have been TTC for a few months now and every time AF shows its just such a big disappointment and even though I'm trying the "maybe next month" approach it's very upsetting. AF was due yesterday but still no show so I tested today and got a BFN 😞 husbands away for work and I just feel so emotional 😢
