Trying to relax. Any input appreciated greatly!!!

I got a vfl last night and this morning. I'm 12dpo and normally I only have a 9/10 day luteal phase. So technically my period is 2/3 days late already. I'm just trying to keep my hopes up and keep a positive mindset because I'm terrified of a chemical.
