Bleeding at 14 weeks

I started bleeding a week ago today, it's bright red for a day and then goes to brown, every few days it will go red again. Has anyone else experienced this? I have no pain but I'm extremely worried. I've been to the hospital and they have said my cervix is closed and to just see what happens 😭😳
