Has anyone else rented from them recently? I rented a doppler from them in March and it did not come with any gel, or a return shipping label. Now I've been charged for having it too long and every time I call their number, it's busy and I have sent 3 emails with no response. Starting to wonder what is going on. Any help would be great!
