Old blood?
Pretty sure it's my period, but.. Didn't have one for June or July.. And did not put bc back in. I have had cramps and heartburn.. And had some dark almost brown blood spotting yesterday and very little today. Is it just old blood that never shed?? Did I count this as my period? They are usually not heavy and only last a day or so anyways? Thoughts?
