Hi I'm Katey and i'm 8 weeks today... I've been so sick since week 5. I don't have energy to get out of bed yet I've been sleeping a lot. Every time I get up and moving around I get so nauseous. With my son I barely had any pregnancy symptoms the first trimester. I have it stuck in my head now that the only reason I feel so awful is because I'm having twins lol silly I know but I would really appreciate any advice or thoughts. First Dr appointment Aug. 10th
