Confused

So 8 days before af was due, I had spotting. The first day it was just once and it was bright red, there when I wiped one time that day then gone.

The second day I actually wore a pany l I ner but it was dark brown and very, very light, dry discharge. Same the next 2 days after but no need for a liner then. Just there when I wiped

So now I'm 3 days late for af, with super super sore nipples, dull pains right below my belly button and my appetite is lacking.

Could that have been my period for the month? Could I be pregnant?

I've taken no test yet
