Did Anyone gain weight on depo while maintaining a Diet?

Did anyone gain weight on depo without eating alot.  Or dieting / exercising

I gained 60lbs! Lost all but 20 and was never able to get back to my previous weight.

Yup!!!!!! Diet and regular exercise. I was a runner before my knee went completely. But while I was on the shot (I was 19-20) I still ran 6 miles every damn day!!  I went from 110 to about 180 while I was on it. I looked pregnant though I was not! It stopped my periods (bad juju) and made my joints HUUUURT!!! Took 2 years for me to have a regular period again and even then I wound up with hellacious cramps for another 2 years!!!!! I HATE it and think it's the worst kind of bc that is out there!!! I've heard about women becoming steril because of it too. It also took me forever to get rid of that damn weight!! Baby weight is easier to loose!!
