Any suggestions on which birth control would be best for an ebf mother?

I'm have the Paraguard iud. It's non hormonal so it doesn't make you gain weight nor does it screw with your milk supply. It'll also last up to 10 years. I can't take the pills. Something about my stomach acid basically destroys it and it doesn't work. Not really into the nuva ring or arm implants  either because they are hormonal and have a tendency to make me swell up like a balloon and mess with milk. The implant thing just creeps me out so its a no lol!!  The shot is the devil stay far far away from it!!!!! My sister though loves the nuva ring though so maybe I'm just weird lol!!!

I'm on the mini pill and very happy about it. It didn't decrease my milk supply, which I was worried about the most, and I don't feel any bad side effects. But it's important to take it AT THE SAME TIME every day, which might be a problem to some moms.
