I think it's more about the food you're serving & less about the time, most restaraunts that serve brunch do it from like 9am to 2 or 3pm. If you're serving a combination of breakfast & lunch foods that's what makes it brunch :)

Isn't it just 'lunch' at that point? If you want it to sound fancier,  you can call it a "luncheon".
