Small uterus

I was told a few months ago that I have a small uterus. Comparing my ultrasound it looks like the baby is already taking up most of it. I know the uterus grows with the baby but I've also read a small uterus can lead to complications. Has anyone else experienced this? This is my ultrasound at 9+4.
