My daughter is 5 months and has that. When she was very young it was like a zit and I scratched it off not knowing what it was and now it’s this little hole

My daughter was born with it as well but now she has like a boil that goes away with antibiotics but then comes back

My son was born with the same thing. He is 10 years old now and I still haven’t found answers. Infact that’s why I am here right now is to search for any new discoveries on what this may be or mean.
He hasn’t expierenced any issues with it but it’s just a little unnerving since I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I’m aware that it is some kind of defect no matter how small.

I am 36 years old.  I was born with a dimple in my chest. It never caused any health issues.  I actually had it examined and had x rays done.  It was only skin deep. Just a strange birthmark. When I as older I had it cut out and removed but was left with a scar.
