HELP. MY FRIEND IS BLEEDING. HELP! PLEASE

Okay so my friend had sex for the first time she was physically not at all ready, like barely wet, but the guy just stuck the thing in. So the big issue is she is bleeding. She is bleeding a lot. She had done it about an hour ago and she put a maxi pad in it and it was filled completely and it ended up dripping down her leg. Do you know what this could mean? Should she be worried? She is also in a lot of pain down there. Please help. Okay so like she also can't go to the doctor. I don't really want to go into it but it's not a possibility for her rn. She has said that a chunk with blood has also now came out. I just want to know if there is something she can do please.
