When is your baby's last nap of the day ?

Moms, what time is your baby's last nap of the day, and how old is your baby? And what time do you put them to bed after the last nap?

He hates evening naps, but IF he gives in and takes one, it's around 4-5pm. Then bedtime routine at 8 and nurse him at 830. He's asleep by 9pm.

That goes against everything "they" say in "the interwebz" but you know what, it works for us so I stopped listening to what "they" say we should do. The websites I saw were saying to put the kid to sleep for the night at 630... We tried it and umm no. First of all, goodbye life! I can't commit to being home every day at 4 just so he gets to bed by 630. Second of all, he hated every minute of it. I was forcing soemthing he simply didn't need. We were both miserable until I gave up trying to follow what we are "supposed to do"

My son has a few mini naps (from 10-20mins) in the morning then at around 1230/1 I put him down for his "long nap" in his crib and he'll sleep until 3 or 4. Then he'll have a few other mini naps.. bathtime at 930.. he's usually asleep in his bassinet by 10/1030 then will wake up between 6-8am it varies. We are so so lucky he's a great sleeper! 😊😊

Typically I get him to sleep around 6, wakes around 7, bath time,  lotion,  songs and final bottle, goes to bed for the night between 8 and 8:30.

Grandma started bedtime routine early tonight so we'll see how he does with a 7:20 bedtime!

Between 5 and 6 we encourage Addison to sleep for about 45 minutes. Then we get her up and play and hang out with daddy, get her bath and bottle and she is asleep by 8:30 or 9

It all depends on how well he naps during the day. If he's been napping well, his last nap will be pretty solid...from about 4/5 to 6/7 then it's wake, feed, jammies bed within 45 minutes and he'll be asleep for the night around 7:30/7:45. If he hasn't napped well during the day it's last nap from about 5 to 5:30 and then wake, feed, jammies and to bed around 6 or 6:30. In this case he's either out like a light or stays up partying (aka screaming his butt off) until 9 pm. It's a crapshoot. The only really consistent thing is the longer he stays up after his last nap, the harder it is to get him down for bed.

Around 4 pm, he'll nap for about an hour and then it's playtime and feed till 7 pm which is his bedtime. He sleeps till about 1 or 2 and then eats again at 6 am

Our LO knocks out at around 6p sleeps for like 30min-1hr gets up, bath time around 7:30p (so before that it's playtime with mommy/daddy, after bath time, set "the mood" feed him to go night night for the evening.

We had a schedule that was working... He would nap around 5 and then around 6 he would have a bottle and be up until I put him down for bed after bath time etc at 8 or 8:30. We added an extra ounce of formula so how he goes longer in between feedings so we are working on the new schedule now.
