Prenatal vitamins?

Hi ladies. I'm new to glow and this is my first time posting ANYTHING. My husband have been married a year (8/9/15) and we decided I would stop taking birth control and see what happens. Do you guys recommend a prenatal vitamin? Or a specific folic acid tablet? AF due next Friday and I'm

I took prenatals right after I quit bc.

The day I got my bc out my doctor put me on prenatals and told me to start taking them right away

You should deff start taking vitamins, specifically with folic acid because it helps reduce abnormalities that are formed usually before you even know you're pregnant

I like the gummies by vitafusion, they were the only otc ones that didn't mess up my stomach. After conception my doc put me on a prescription version based on my bloodwork.

I've been on prenatals for 3 years per Dr just in case. Came off bc in April and just now really TTC. Dr basically said they'll help prep your body before you get pregnant and continue to help throughout pregnancy.
