Confession: I'm 41 and was so hoping for a girl this time. I'm first of all so thankful I'm having a healthy baby at my age and am much relieved of anxiety, but can't help my disappointment of not having a girl on my last chance. My husband actually looked at me and said I'm sorry, which somehow made me cry. I said don't be sorry, it's okay. We have everything we need.  I still feel a loss somehow and feel guilty about that.
