Get pregnant after baby

My daughter is 17 days old and I had not had sex with my bf for 3 months because I had a hard pregnant at the end. So we had sex tonight for the first time in so long and I'm so bad because he said he will pull out....he said he couldn't controlled it because it has been so long and he went inside of me. What are the changes of me getting pregnant? I'm breastfeeding and I had a c-section. I'm still spotting from having her and have not had my period yet. I feel like an idiot for having sex but it's been so long I was not thinking and he said he would pull out.
